    Challenge
    Carlos ran a high-throughput facility processing baby spinach, carrot shreds, and beet dices for South American retail chains. Manual bubble tanks left soil residues on leafy greens, water use was high, and operators spent hours cleaning filters.

    Solution
    We installed a 12-meter Vortex Vegetable Processing Line with a three-stage water filtration loop, variable-frequency drives, and an air-knife dewatering module.

    Results (first 90 days):

    • Yield loss down 2.8% (less leaf bruising vs. old agitator tanks)
    • Water consumption cut 38% thanks to recirculation and automatic purge control
    • Labor on washing section reduced by 4 operators/shift (reallocated to packing)
