The fully automated fresh-cut vegetable processing line at a large central kitchen in Vietnam has been successfully installed and commissioned.

This turnkey solution provided by Jingshi Food Equipment Engineering integrates bubble washing, high-pressure spray cleaning, cutting, rinsing, drying, and packaging, enabling efficient and hygienic processing of various leafy greens, root vegetables, and herbs. The system ensures consistent cutting size, reduced manual labor, and extended product freshness.

Designed with food-grade stainless steel and equipped with PLC smart control, the line supports customized processing parameters for different vegetable types, meeting the high demands of meal prep and ready-to-eat food services.
