The fully automated fruit washing line at a large fruit export facility in Malaysia has been successfully installed and commissioned.

Our integrated solution includes bubble washing, high-pressure spray rinsing, brushing, and air drying, ensuring gentle yet effective cleaning of delicate fruits such as apples, pears, mangoes, and citrus without damaging their skin.

The system is equipped with a multi-stage filtration system and adjustable conveyor speed, allowing operators to adapt the cleaning intensity based on fruit type and condition. The line is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel, ensuring compliance with export hygiene standards and prolonging equipment life.

This project has greatly enhanced the factory’s production efficiency and fruit cleanliness, meeting the strict quality requirements of overseas markets and reducing post-harvest losses.
