Equipment Introduction

The stuffing mixer achieves the blending of fillings through the rotation of the agitator. The agitator is usually installed inside a sealed mixing tank. When the machine starts, the agitator begins to rotate, applying force to the filling inside the tank. It uses mechanical power to cause the various ingredients in the filling—such as meat, vegetables, and seasonings—to collide, rub, and turn over each other.

For example, when making dumpling filling, the agitator thoroughly mixes chopped pork, Chinese cabbage, green onions, ginger, and other ingredients, ensuring an even distribution of all components so that every bite of the dumpling filling has a consistent flavor.
