Washing and Air-Drying Line

The system typically consists of a conveying system, blower system, air knife device, and control system. The conveying system transports materials to be air-dried; the blower system provides airflow and generates a strong air current; the air knife device concentrates the airflow into a thin, powerful air curtain to sweep the surface of the materials; the control system allows for adjustment of parameters such as wind speed and conveyor speed.

By utilizing the powerful airflow generated by the blower, the air knife or nozzle evenly sprays the airflow onto the surface of the material. This rapidly evaporates and blows off surface moisture under the force of the air, effectively removing water. In some air-drying lines, a heating unit may be integrated to raise the air temperature and further accelerate moisture evaporation, enhancing drying efficiency.
