Equipment Introduction

The tumbler machine is a meat processing device used to tumble and knead chunked meats (such as pork, beef, and lamb) to ensure even absorption of marinade. Inside the enclosed drum, meat pieces are lifted, dropped, and impacted against the drum wall as it rotates, allowing thorough contact with the marinade. The drum speed is adjustable; during rotation, centrifugal force raises the meat to a high point before it falls, causing collisions and friction that relax the meat fibers and facilitate marinade penetration. The proteins released during tumbling bind the meat pieces together, enhancing the texture and elasticity of the meat products.
